Suggested usage
Mix 1 measuring spoon (10 g) with 200 – 250 ml of water before / during training. For full effects, mix 2 scoops (20 g) with 250 ml of water and take during exercise. Read the entire label before use and follow the instructions. If you want to increase your total BCAA daily intake without the extra calories from drinking multiple protein shakes, you can add 1 to 2 scoops to a jug of water and drink it over time.
