Epistane (2,3a-Epithio-17a-methyletioallo cholan-17b-ol) is one of the newer prohormones on the market. It’s a version of Epitiostanol. Epitiostanol, 2α,3α-Epithio-5α-androstan-17β-ol, is an antiestrogen and anabolic-androgen steroid (ASS). Epitiostanol binds directly to the AR, androgen receptor, and acts there as agonist. At the ER, estrogen receptor, it acts as antagonist, hence contrary. It is a really strong antiestrogen which makes it rather unique among ASS supplements. Its potency as androgen-anabolic steroid (ASS) in respect of anabolic activity is 11 times higher than that of methyltestosterone. The androgen activity level of both ASS is more or less the same.
The sulfurous active agent Epistane also has a long-lasting anti-estrogen activity as well as low androgen effect. It has a 12 times higher bonding capacity to androgen receptor than even testosterone has. Epistane is popular among beginners and pros as it supports loss of body fat and water retention.

Trenavar (Estra-4,9,11 -triene-3, 17-dione) is 10 times stronger than testosterone. It is a metabolite of trenbolone. Trenbolone has moderate androgen but in return extremely strong anabolic effect. It supports the enormous increase in muscle growth and stimulates appetite.
